You can use this form to request free legal support or report repression of Palestine Solidarity. We monitor and collect information on all forms of anti-Palestinian repression, including those not pursued in court, to support our legal and advocacy efforts. You may remain anonymous if you wish.
The ELSC combines monitoring efforts, defensive strategies, impact litigation, training, and advocacy to build collective power and provide effective legal support.
We also coordinate with a growing network of lawyers across Europe to ensure access to the best possible legal advice, representation or referral. In cases that lie outside our area of expertise, we will identify and connect you with relevant support.
If an incident falls within our scope of support, one of our legal officers will contact you. Please note that we are currently receiving a very high number of incidents; we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
At the end of the form, you can choose your privacy preferences, which we will respect and adhere to. Please describe the incident with:
Dates, locations, and details of what happened
Who is responsible (e.g., police, HR manager, teacher, public official, etc.) Names if possible
Please do not submit highly sensitive information in this form.
We will ensure the protection of the information submitted. According to the privacy preferences you have chosen, we might use the case details for our research and public outputs, or as stastistics only. You may remain anonymous if you wish.
